Here's Our Promise

We offer refunds for:

  • Wrong item received — Oops, we messed up
  • Damaged or defective products — Tears, stains, print issues, or anything that shouldn't have shipped

How to Get a Refund

  1. Contact us within 30 days of your purchase date at info@onshiftco.com
  2. Include a photo of the damaged/defective area (clear, well-lit photo so we can see what happened)
  3. Tell us what's wrong — Be as detailed as you can
  4. We'll review and get back to you within 2-3 business days

What Happens Next

Once approved, we'll issue a refund or send you a replacement (your choice). Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
