Welcome to OnShift Co.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use OnShift Co. (that's us). We're powered by Shopify, which helps us get these tees to you.

Please read these carefully—they cover important stuff like what we guarantee (and don't), and how we handle disputes. By shopping with us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our store.

SECTION 1 - WHO CAN USE OUR STORE

By using OnShift Co., you confirm that:

• You're at least 18 years old (or old enough in your country)
• All information you give us is accurate and complete
• You have the right to provide that information
• You're buying for personal use, not reselling

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your login details with anyone.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We work hard to show accurate product photos and descriptions. But here's the reality:

• Colors on your screen might look different from the actual shirt (thanks, screens)
• The fit or feel might surprise you—we recommend checking size guides
• Product details can change without notice

We don't guarantee that products will look exactly like photos or meet every expectation. That said, if something's actually wrong (wrong item, damaged print, etc.), that's on us—see our Refund Policy.

SECTION 3 - PLACING ORDERS

When you place an order, you're offering to buy. We decide whether to accept it.

• Your order isn't confirmed until we email you back saying it's accepted
• We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted
• Please review your order carefully—we may not be able to cancel after it's accepted
• If we cancel your order for any reason, we'll email you explaining why

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

You promise that you're buying these for yourself or as gifts, not for resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices can change without notice. The price you pay is what's listed when you place your order—that's confirmed in your email.

Prices don't include taxes or import duties (if applicable). If you're ordering internationally, customs fees might apply, and that's on you.

You agree to:

• Give us accurate billing and payment info
• Keep your payment info current
• Pay all charges including taxes and shipping
• Use a card or PayPal account that you're authorized to use

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Here's how it works: You order → We send to Printify → Printify prints and ships to you.

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We're not liable for delays from shipping carriers, customs, or stuff outside our control.

Once we hand your order to the shipping carrier, it's yours to handle—we're not responsible if it gets lost or damaged in transit. You'll get a tracking number so you can follow along.

For international orders: Customs fees might apply. That's not our call—it depends on your country.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (THE STUFF WE MAKE)

Everything on OnShift Co.—our designs, logos, text, images, and how it all looks—belongs to us or our partners. It's protected by copyright and other laws.

You can use this site to shop for yourself. That's it. You can't:

• Copy, download, or distribute our designs
• Resell our designs or products
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create knockoff versions of our stuff

OnShift Co.'s logos and designs are ours. Shopify's stuff is theirs. Everything else belongs to whoever owns it.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We might use tools from other companies (like payment processors). We don't control these and can't promise they work perfectly. Use them at your own risk. We're not responsible if something goes wrong with a third-party tool.

SECTION 8 - LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

Our site might link to other websites. We're not responsible for what's on those sites or what happens if you buy from them. Check their policies before you shop.

SECTION 9 - SHOPIFY

OnShift Co. is powered by Shopify, but any purchase you make is directly with us—not Shopify. Shopify isn't responsible for what happens with your order or any problems you have with products. You agree not to blame Shopify for anything we do.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY

Your personal info is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Shopify also processes some of your info to help us run the store—check their privacy policy too if you're curious. By shopping with us, you're okay with this.

SECTION 11 - YOUR FEEDBACK

If you send us ideas, reviews, or suggestions, we can use them however we want—including for free, forever. You're saying that:

• You own the feedback or have the right to share it
• Your feedback won't violate anyone else's rights
• It's not illegal or offensive

We don't have to respond to feedback, use it, or keep it secret.

SECTION 12 - MISTAKES HAPPEN

If we mess up—wrong price listed, typo in description, or order info that's incorrect—we can fix it, update it, or cancel your order. We don't need your permission to do this.

SECTION 13 - RULES FOR USING OUR STORE

You agree to use OnShift Co. legally and responsibly. You can't:

• Break any laws using our store
• Mess with our systems or security
• Copy or resell our stuff
• Spam or harass anyone
• Upload viruses or malware
• Pretend to be someone you're not
• Do anything that hurts OnShift Co., Shopify, or other users

If we think you've broken these rules, we can shut down your account with no warning.

SECTION 14 - WE CAN TERMINATE (END) THIS AGREEMENT

We can end your access to OnShift Co. anytime, without notice, if we think you've broken these Terms. You still owe us for anything you bought up until we shut you down.

Even after we end this agreement, some sections keep going: Intellectual Property, Your Feedback, Termination, Disclaimers, Liability limits, and anything that makes sense to keep.

SECTION 15 - WHAT WE DON'T GUARANTEE

OnShift Co. is provided "as is"—meaning we don't guarantee:

• That everything on our site is accurate or useful
• That the site will work perfectly, be secure, or never crash
• That products will be exactly as described
• That your order will arrive on time

Some countries don't allow these disclaimers, so this might not apply to you.

SECTION 16 - WE'RE NOT LIABLE FOR MUCH

To the max extent allowed by law, OnShift Co., Shopify, and our partners aren't liable for:

• Lost profits, lost data, or lost savings
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Any problems from your use of our site or products
• Any other claim related to shopping with us

Even if we knew these problems might happen, we're still not responsible.

SECTION 17 - YOU'LL PROTECT US

If someone sues us because of something you did (breaking these Terms, breaking the law, or violating someone else's rights), you agree to cover our legal costs and any damages.

We'll tell you if this happens, and you can help defend yourself. We control the lawsuit, but we won't settle anything that requires you to do something without your okay.

SECTION 18 - IF PART OF THESE TERMS IS INVALID

If any part of these Terms is found to be illegal or unenforceable, we'll keep using the rest. The bad part just gets removed.

SECTION 19 - WHOLE AGREEMENT

These Terms (along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy) are the entire agreement between us. They replace any other agreements we might have discussed before.

If there's anything unclear in these Terms, we don't interpret it against ourselves—we interpret it fairly.

SECTION 20 - YOU CAN'T TRANSFER YOUR RIGHTS

You can't transfer or assign these Terms to someone else without our permission. We can transfer them whenever we want.

SECTION 21 - WHICH LAWS APPLY

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes get handled in Kenyan courts. You and OnShift Co. agree to this.

SECTION 22 - HEADINGS

The section titles in this agreement are just for organization—they don't change what these Terms actually mean.

SECTION 23 - WE CAN CHANGE THESE TERMS

We can update these Terms anytime and post the changes on our site. It's your job to check periodically. If you keep shopping after we change something, you're accepting the new Terms.
